I actually had a laptop myself where the wireless was suddenly not working for no reason at all, I had tried everything and Norton had been disabled since I bought it, I actually had to go in and uninstall under add and remove programs and my wireless started working again. Do a search for Top Antivirus, I didn't find anything in the 5 top results saying anything about Norton.
